St Joseph’s College is proud of the work it undertakes to serve boys in the Salesian manner of knowing Christ. St John Bosco wanted his students to become good Christians and honest citizens and so do we. It is for that reason that we strive to be a school that is faithful to the Scriptures in what and how it teaches but also in how we relate to the boys in our care.
It is why we try to treat each boy as a unique individual in a community setting and why we try to open our facilities to local organisations.
It is why we have so many specialist offerings from Accelerated Learning, through to International and Indigenous programs, a Golf Academy, Trade Training Centre, separate Year 9 Campus (Valdocco) and extensive community service engagement.
St Joseph’s College believes in "Pathways for All." We offer academic and vocational pathways seeking to find the right match for each boy as he strives to reach the destination most applicable to him; be that University, TAFE or training, or employment.
